Hi. My name is Florence (Florrie) Barnett and I am an Artist and a formally trained Art Teacher.  I have recently moved to the Atlanta area from Binghamton, NY and I looking forward to connecting with the local Arts/Educational community.

My blog is an extension of my experiences as an Educator, and being an Artist. My desire is to share the following;

• applicable educational information
• to share ideas and interdisciplinary lesson plans
• discuss instructional techniques/classroom management
• to spread support for the arts inside and outside of institutions
